Increase GFPP Recipe Loot Table to include BRD

AH prices are already insane for both the ingredients for consumables and the consumables themselves for the low pop we have; more competition in this space would be great to help alleviate that but running LBRS for a 2% drop on trash mobs is absolutely horrible. I'd love to see the recipe be added to the loot table for the fire elementals in BRD at even a 1% drop rate or if that's too much same 2% rate but only from specific bosses (Incendius/Roccor/Flamelash/Loregrain)
