I am having an issue with my account: my password has been changed, and when I try to reset it by requesting an email, I don't receive anything.
Only my forum account has remained logged in.

When I try to reset my password, it still doesn't work; I get the message "We've sent you a letter. Please check your mailbox!" but I don't receive anything.

I have tried to reset my password several times, but I haven’t received anything in my email inbox. Since my password was changed for an unknown reason, I have no way to recover the account.
