Astalor Sunsworn missing title of Lord-Regent

When Turtle was still alive, they made a Radio Program narrating a story named "A good day", a prequel to the upcoming patch of Quel'thalas, in that story, Astalor was named Lord-Regent of Quel'thalas, but in-game he doesn't have the title, give him it for make it official.

That doesn't make sense without the Quel Thalas patch on the horizon.

Canonically, Astalor at this point is the Lord-Regent of Quel'thalas.
Cause the events of "a Good Day" already happened in the main line, with or without Quel'thalas in the horizon (I hope Octo consider following the old unreleased Roadmap of TWoW).

I agree- an answer should be given to why they haven't done this or whether they intend to or not.
