Same. I stuck on a pop-up window saying 'Connected' (i.e. I successfully logged on login server) but can't connect further to the PvE server. I tried OctoLogin.dll solution but it didn't help.

I noticed that some, apparently not all, administrators have adopted the fashion of not warning players about the upcoming shutdown of the server for its maintenance.
