Ban Appeal

I was logged in to 3 characters at once, I am not disputing that. I am aware that having more than 2 characters on a MAP out in the world is not allowed, however it is allowed in capitol cities. The thing is, I was not out in a world map, I was inside a dungeon which is located in a capitol city. The rules (as stated below) are unclear on this, and I honestly did not realize what I did was wrong:

"It is forbidden to multibox more than 2 accounts (2 characters) within the same map zone (Elwynn Forest, Wetlands, Mulgore, The Barrens are all examples of map zones). There are no limits on account/character count in Capital Cities."

I was inside a dungeon, inside a capitol city, not on any map zone as listed in the examples in the rules. The multiboxing rules simply make no mention of dungeons. I sincerely apologize, I didn't realize I was in violation, or I wouldn't have done it. I would like to appeal the ban on this account. I promise to not do this in the future now that I have been made aware. I would also suggest perhaps making this a little more clear in the rules, so others are aware as well. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Did you see "The Stockades" when you entered the portal from Stormwind? Did you see "Ragefire Chasm" when you entered the portal from Orgrimmar?

These are very clearly marked as different areas and their portals being located in major cities doesn't change the fact that you are actually notified on your screen when you changed zones.

Okay, I understand. I feel stupid, it won't happen again. I didn't need the third character, it was unnecessary and on follow - I should have taken it out of the instance and logged it out. Again, my apologies.
