Please consider removing the cooldown restriction or interaction when using Juju Flurry and/or Rapid Fire.
To explain in detail, when using Juju Flurry first, rapid fire gains a cooldown of 10sec. On the other way around, when using Rapid fire first, Juju Flurry gains a cooldown of 5min.

Agreed. If other CDs can stack with it, then so should Rapid Fire.

On another note, normal Juju buffs (not the ones like Flurry or Escape) should have a CD of 10s. As a hunter, it's extremely clunky when you use 10-minute jujus due to the 1-minute CD wait before being able to apply it to the pet as well.
