Magram Clan Desolace Unable to Talk to Quest NPCs

[Stompymymood]

Hello,

I have reached honored with the Magram Clan and after wanting to turn in ''Enter the Village'' and start ''Earning Respect'' quests, I found out that I am totally unable to interact with the quest npc Jochi in the village.

Furthermore, I am also unable to talk to or interact with Deathcaller Aisha, the Quartermaster.

Yes, my reputation is honored.

Anyone know if this is a bug or am I doing something wrong?
