Enable AH & add [Self-Found] Challenge

1. Enable the Auction House

• The Current Issue: The lack of an AH is mostly just an inconvenience, as players already bypass the restriction using bothersome mail and trade chains.
• The Benefits: Enabling the AH would significantly reduce trade chat spam and remove the frustrating RNG of hoping someone in chat is selling the exact gear you need.
• The Balance: In a 1-life setting, better gear naturally breeds overconfidence, leading players into riskier situations anyway. The hardcore ruleset essentially polices itself.
  
  Note: I prefer enabling the AH and removing the +/- 5 level restriction altogether with the introduction of the following suggestion.

2. Introduce a "Self-Found" Challenge

• The Concept: To balance the addition of the AH, add an official "Self-Found" mode available on all realms.
• The Rules: Players who opt into this challenge are completely blocked from trading, using the AH, or sending/receiving mail from other players until they reach lvl 60.
• The Goal: This gives standard players the convenience of an AH while providing a strict, officially supported system for players who want a pure, self-sufficient hardcore run.

I posted what I think is a more elegant solution, but I posted it in the General forum. I didn't know there was a Hardcore Suggestion forum.

I like my proposal as long as it is possible for the game to track the number of times an item has exchanged hands. If that's possible, then my regional Auction House idea should make most people happy and make the game better.

I wish the fireside chats could be saved for those of us that can't attend.

What's the reasoning for this @Kestrel? I don't see much of a difference between trade chains and AH except for the convenience part. In either case Self-Made Challenge would be cool! (and go well with an introduced AH)
