Ban appeal for accounts Phoenixa and Phoenixb

[Xita]

Hello, I was just banned on my alt characters "Zeeps" and "Zoops", my two warlocks I was leveling on my pc while my gf leveled her characters "phxbankherbs" and "phxbankench" on hers. Looking at the rules regarding multiboxing, none of us were running any third party software, only ran the two accounts each, had no challenges at all, and weren't flagged for pvp. We're in the same house so maybe this caused it to appear like we were just one person running four accounts? anyone who looked at us playing can see us controlling our two characters each, occasionally she would put me on follow when we were hiking between quests.

It appears the sight of 4 mildly in sync warlocks with their blueberries garnered some attention. Reviewing the evidence collected by the GM, and going through what additional information we have on the back end, I can confirm you are two players individually multiboxing in a perfectly acceptable way.

The four accounts have been unbanned, sorry for any convenience, and you may need to save a link to this post in case players in game ask you about it XD
