Hello Octo god's, I am requesting a ban appeal on behalf of Balin. After much disciplinary action and hard discussion Balin the Dwarf has repented and decided to turn a new leaf. Balin will be immediately donating 10USD as a formal apology for the inconvenience he has caused in world chat, along with a legally binding oath to always adhere to world chat guidelines so long as Balin lives.
