Transfer PvP to PvE

When will transfers from the dead PvP server to the PvE server become available? Especially considering there won't be cross-faction Battlegrounds, and there are extremely few players or raiding guilds here.

Honestly I hope this happens, but if anything of this sort happens, it will take a long while yet. the team is still working on getting the server up and running so we just have to wait. its taking a long time because the team is trying to remain anonymous, otherwise they would be identified and the project would be blown.

They wont. I find it unfair to setup a PVP server and lure people in there spending time and energy but dont enable transfers from PVE to the new PVP realm. It was doomed day 1 and its fascinating how people could not see that coming after the same situation happened on Turtles Tel Abim server.

What does the pvp server offer that the pve server doesnt offer besides /pvp per default?

Nothing.

Having warmode on the bigger realm and a pvp server simultaniously is just not thought out. And to expect people to start over on the PVP realm that came second AFTER everyone lost their stuff on the Turtle realms is just crazy.

People have fatigue starting over so many times. Just give the guys that were brave enough to roll there a xfer to Nzoth so they dont loose it all again.

I'd also like to request a character transfer option from PVP to PVE server.

I made my char on PVP server bc I thought that only here Battlegrounds are opened. As I painfully learned during my leveling journey, they are open also on PVE server. PVP rather means world PVP and being ganked (especially as a small cloth-wearing gnome - thanks, Gutworms ).

My choice for PVP server thus happened due to a misunderstanding of BG accessibility. I really am into going dungeons a whole lot. On PVP, I have been in exactly 1-2 dungeons so far (Deadmines ... and I am now lvl 45). There are almost no dungeon groups to be found here. Also the overall population in the PVP server sucks and it will be harder to find raids on a regular basis. I love raiding, it is my main activity in the endgame besides BG's.

Is there any way to transfer my character to the PVE server? I would consider paying for it. I just dont want all the time and effort leveling this char (and I love the char) being for nothing. I would love to run dungeons on my way until 60 and then go raiding on a regular basis.

Please reply to me and tell me the options I have.

Server transfers generally are opened in a direction that helps a server's population, not further impedes it's growth, so it's unlikely this will happen.

It seems to me these concerns would be addressed if we managed to increase the server's population, which I would be a more ideal end situation anyways...
