Server transfers generally are opened in a direction that helps a server's population, not further impedes it's growth, so it's unlikely this will happen.

Another vote for substantially limiting consumables in arenas. A team with flasks, elixirs, food buffs, etc as well as immunity potions, sappers, etcetc will be at a substantial advantage over one that does not. I'm quite confident no one wants a meta based on who brings the most consumables.

I don't see why entry entirely should be gated to max level, BUT I would prefer a separate bracket for level 60s. I get that it's a numbers game and much easier to fill this way, but if you end up with a team with a substantial amount of people in the mid 50s against mostly 60s, you're at a grave ...

While I can not be sure, I would assume this is to do with the DDOS filters they have in place. They stated there is a chance it will catch normal players as well as the bot farms based on region, ISP or similar factors.
