The prices are fine. They're only MC-tier weapons. It won't be long before people are running around in welfare epics from BWL.

I playd both and i playd actual resto shaman not some bad hybrid, it was giga op. Specialy with t2 pvp and other gear. Wich pala benefits less from. Also shaman has grounding and 5sec interupts. Wich pala doesnt. And aoe slow st slows. Aoe dispells.
People non stop complained i was 2 tanky as ...

I ran a restohance shaman back when the final rank of Frostbrand was bugged and benefitted from Windfury Totem and Rockbiter gave 10% mitigation. It was a stronger spec overall back then even though Lesser Heal didn't apply Healing Way.

Flash of Light is a different type of spell than shaman and ...

I understand the logic of it, but I don't think Holy Shock's cooldown should be resettable period. It's already a strong enough ability with Divine Favor, Illumination, and Daybreak. I'm running prot with Holy Shock so I don't have access to Daybreak and I don't have the points to max out Divine ...

Yeah, a baseline skill that is oriented toward damage. It doesn't make sense to create a talent that ties it to Holy Shock in a healing tree.

The question itself is misleading. I support the idea of removing decay. But in current rank system, it would trivialize rank progression (which already is very easy). Whole rank system need to be changed. Here is my full idea from PvP Rank Progression Revamp

The problem with making the rank ...

i think the honor cap is a significant enough limiting factor in the acquisition of PvP gear. Rank decay just encourages you to put an unhealthy amount of time into grinding rank beyond the honor cap for fear of losing a good chunk of your progress every week.

If you're like me and you stop ...

Time gating the epic set makes no sense when you take into consideration how expensive it is. Assuming you hit the honor cap every weeks, it'll take about two months to grind out the full set. Assuming the AQ20 patch comes out in March, it'll be May before anyone will have access to the full set ...
