In 1.18 patch there was a npc added that would allow you drop your blacksmithing specialization but it looks like he didnt make it on our 1.18 patch upgrade. He was a dwarf next to the Ironfoge anvil and there are several npc's next to anvil in org so I am presuming it was one of these ...

Does anyone know if they ever added a way to change blacksmithing specialization? I read online u just talk to the armorsmith npc to drop it but he gives no options. I did the axesmithing quest but he doesn't have any options either. I went to the Soothsaying for Dummies book and it is not clickable ...
