Describe the Issue:
I've killed dozens upon dozens of Deadwood furbolgs in Felwood after accepting the repeatable quest "Feathers for Nafien", and not 1 feather has dropped. The quest is active and none seem to drop. I contacted a GM and after a quick chat he said to report the bug here.
How to reproduce:

How is it supposed to work: Kill Deadwood Tribe furbolgs and feathers drop, turn in for Timbermaw rep

Character the bug occurred on: Mellok
